Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering strong partnerships with our suppliers and internal teams. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Director and you'll work at our Tempe location onsite. In this role, you will impact the future of Honeywell by championing operational excellence strategies to improve quality and delivery early in the development and transition process. You will drive rapid Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to prevent defects and enhance the quality culture through coaching and technical engagement.
