job summary: Join our client in Tempe, AZ, as a Senior Process Engineer at an 8-time World's Best Workplace impacting 150M+ patients. To drive new product launches, you need a BS in Engineering, 2+ years of experience, and validation/DFM expertise.
Drive capital acquisition from equipment selection and contract negotiation to final installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain strict adherence to GMP, safety, and FDA regulations while generating critical documentation like PFMEAs, control plans, PPAPs, and capability studies.
Apply engineering techniques to reduce time-to-market and product costs, author comprehensive operational manuals, and train manufacturing team members for success.
