Position Overview As a Quality Engineer at Syensqo, you will play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support our commitment to scientific excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive action initiatives for product and process non-conformities. Lead investigations and processing of non-conforming materials, ensuring appropriate disposition and documentation. Take immediate action to address quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and preventing issues from lingering or escalating. Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Collaborate with R D, production, and supply chain teams to support new product introductions and process changes. Provide training and guidance on quality standards, tools, and best practices. Support customer complaint investigations and ensure timely resolution. Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the chemicals, materials, or manufacturing industry. Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Fishbone). Proficiency in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. [

You will get:

Competitive salary (Assess the possibility to add salary range in the job ad) and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,000.00 to $101,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
