Quality Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to drive excellence across our manufacturing facilities in Apple Valley and Ontario. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on ensuring our high-performance precision products meet the rigorous standards of AS9100 and

ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities Hands-on Inspection:

Support QC activities including receiving, in-process, and final inspections.

Documentation & Compliance:

Lead the preparation and review of AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAIR) packages and manage QMS records.

Validation:

Support

IQ/OQ/PQ

validation activities for equipment, tooling, and processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Facilitate Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities, manage CAPAs, and support MRB activities.

Metrology:

Program and operate advanced measurement systems, including CMM, optical, and laser systems.

What You Bring Experience:

5+ years in a manufacturing/quality capacity (or 3+ years specifically within plastic compression molding/precision machining).

Technical Skills:

Strong GD&T interpretation, metrology fundamentals, and proficiency with MS Excel.

Compliance Knowledge:

Deep familiarity with

AS9100/ISO 9001

standards and

AS9102 FAIR.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline is strongly preferred. Why Join This Team?
