Quality Engineer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Burbank, CA (91504). Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product excellence. Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and products to identify defects and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance. Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Proficient in data analysis and statistical process control. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
