• What You'll Do:

• + Lead structured Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations using Six Sigma and industry‑standard problem‑solving tools, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.

+ Facilitate cross‑functional teams to identify true root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness through disciplined closure. + Provide production quality support by analyzing defects, yield trends, and process variation to reduce escapes and improve process capability. + Support nonconformance dispositioning, risk assessments, and Material Review activities in partnership with Engineering and Operations. + Execute program quality engineering responsibilities, including EIDPs, CoCs, audits, customer reviews, engineering change support, and compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.

• What You Need:

• + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with experience in high‑reliability or precision manufacturing environments.

+ Strong proficiency in structured problem solving, RCCA methodologies, and data analysis to identify trends and drive decisions. + Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced production and program settings. + Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) or Black Belt preferred, with experience mentoring engineers in RCCA or continuous improvement. + Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100), configuration management, engineering changes, and optical or precision electronics systems. +
