Full Job Description Experience:

Entry Level Salary:

$60,000•$70,000 per year Job Details•We're looking for a Quality Engineer to help support product quality and continuous improvement efforts. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to identify issues, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly!

What You'll Do:

Help investigate quality issues and support root cause/corrective actions Participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities Support Material Review Board (MRB) efforts, including reviewing nonconforming parts Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce defects Track and report on quality metrics and trends Assist with maintaining quality documentation and procedures

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar) We can also take into consideration recent college graduates who may have some recent internship experience Basic understanding of root cause analysis and quality processes Exposure to CAPA and MRB is a plus (internships count) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Team-oriented with good communication skills A bit about us:•We are an established manufacturer in Southern California, with a global presence as well.
