Job Description

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: 1. Collaborating with program managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures. 2. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. 3. Conducting internal audits and participating in external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. 4. Identifying non-conformances and leading the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process. 5. Utilizing your extensive experience in root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective corrective actions. 6. Maintaining our AS9100 quality management system. 7. Providing quality engineering support to the manufacturing process, including problem-solving and process improvements. 8. Training and mentoring junior quality engineers and other team members on quality assurance processes and tools.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Senior Quality Engineer position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in the space or aerospace industry. 3. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is preferred. 4. Proven experience with
AS9100. 5.
Extensive experience with CAPA and non-conformances. 6. Proven experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. 7. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 9. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
