Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS). This role will lead
ISO 9001
compliance efforts, oversee quality assurance processes, conduct audits and inspections, manage supplier and customer quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality objectives. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Lead quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish quality policies, procedures, training programs, and performance metrics to ensure product and process quality. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Manage supplier quality activities, including supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Investigate customer complaints, drive corrective actions, and support customer satisfaction initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product development, manufacturing, and operational processes. Monitor quality performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure ongoing compliance with company and industry standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment. ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and CAPA. Experience with internal audits, document control, supplier quality management, and regulatory compliance. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Mandarin-speaking Experience in relevant industries such as electronics, machinery, or server industries. Six Sigma or Lean experience.
