  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality across the site/product. If you are passionate about software quality assurance, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities Perform root cause analysis on defects and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues related to software bugs or system failures. Participate and/or facilitate customer and AS9100 registration audits. Perform trend analysis on product issues and corrective actions. Review supplier purchase orders, ratings, and corrective actions. Participate in Design reviews, review primary documents against customer requirements, define quality, inspection and special gauge or tool requirements Participate as a member of the Change Review Board to assure acceptability of changes to primary documents. Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field Five years minimum Aerospace industry experience in mechanical, electrical or quality engineering fields required Training as Internal or Lead Auditor preferred Exposure to mechanical and/or electrical inspection techniques and thorough understanding of AS9100 Quality systems and problem solving. Fluent with quality concepts and systems, especially root cause/corrective action methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why processes.
