They analyze failures, develop inspection methods, and collaborate with different departments to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement. May interact daily with Programs, Shipping, Receiving Inspection, Final Test and Production Planning.
Job Duties:
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, customer requirements, and industry standards through advisory and audits. Review and verify documents for accuracy and audit readiness. Participate in new product development and approval processes Collaborate with Engineering on product design reviews and testing requirements. Verify and approve Inspection Plans for compliance with customer requirements. Establish project documentation for customer compliance and deliverables. Determine and apply customer-specific Quality Clauses. Identify and improve production floor problems using Quality Assurance tools and methodologies. Support continuous improvement on the production floor using lean manufacturing techniques. Assist in Contract Review process for compliance verification. Support analysis of faults and non-conformances reported by the customer. Assist Quality inspection departments with technical requirements related to inspection. •
Bachelor's Degree Preferred Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
