Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or other STEM related discipline Understanding of customer contract review, quality requirement flow downs 3 years quality assurance or related engineering experience (aerospace/aviation preferred) Must be able to read and interpret Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing drawings including specifications, standards and procedures Experience working in an

ISO 9001/AS9100

quality management system environment Must be familiar with the application and use of mechanical inspection techniques and measurement tools Experience in managing calibration preferred. Experience in RCCA/PA, continuous improvement, fishbone analysis, and 5 Why methodologies Excellent oral and written communication skills (i.e. customer and supplier interface) Extensive familiarity and practical use of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Preferred skills and capabilities: Ability to set and achieve goals Understanding of quality processes Familiarity with DCMA/Gov't Source Inspection Knowledge of six sigma tools Statistical software, (i.e. Minitab, JMP, R) Green Belt certified CMM Programming Ability to work independently In our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Reynolds requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment. Salary Range:

$62,800.00-$83,700.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
