Job Description
Quality Engineer (Pathway to Management) $100,000 - $110,000 + Training + Progression to Leadership + 401(k) + PTO + Healthcare + Excellent Benefits Danbury, CT (Commutable from Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, White Plains, Danbury, Bethel, Newtown, and surrounding Fairfield County / Westchester County areas) Are you a Quality Engineer looking for a role that offers both technical challenge and long-term career progression? On offer is the opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you'll take ownership of key quality initiatives while developing towards future leadership opportunities within the organization. This is a newly created position due to expansion within a global organization specializing in highly specific products, utilized in a variety of industries. You'll be joining a highly technical, close-knit team where quality is central to both product performance and customer relationships.
The Role:
Take ownership of customer quality requirements across manufacturing and production Lead product testing and support root cause / corrective action activities Work closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement
The Candidate:
Background in Quality within a manufacturing environment Experience in electronics or aerospace industries preferred (not essential) Strong communicator with a proactive, leadership mindset and desire to progress
