This individual will act as a central coordinator across engineering, test, and program teams, ensuring validation efforts, hardware readiness, and test execution are aligned and progressing on schedule. This role functions as a version of a project engineer/project manager, with responsibility for driving communication, tracking validation progress, and supporting budget and test planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for validation and test coordination across CIPT, IPT, and cross-functional teams
  • Support engine validation efforts for hot section components (combustor, turbine, diffuser, nozzle, exhaust)
  • Track and report test progress, findings, and action items to leadership (CIPT)
  • Coordinate and disseminate inspection data (e.g., borescope results) to relevant teams
  • Support test readiness and execution, including hardware availability and scheduling
  • Assist with hardware ordering, tracking, and logistics for engine testing programs
  • Plan and coordinate inspection activities for depot engines, including teardown and detailed assessments
  • Drive quick turnaround of test results (expected 1-2 day reporting cadence)
  • Support Alpha reviews and future program planning (next-year proposals)
  • Assist in requirements roll-up and validation planning for future engine programs
  • Interface with multiple sites (East Hartford, Middletown, OKC, potential FL-based support) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
