THE WORK

This requisition is for a Quality professional supporting the Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) line of business for Lockheed Martin (LM) Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) company at Hurlburt Field, FL. This position will interact directly with the Quality Program Manager and functionally report to the Air & Commercial Solutions (ACS) Quality Manager. This position requires the ability to work independently, experience in successfully communicating to senior leadership & a range of Quality Engineering skills (commensurate to a Level-3). This position will require occasional business travel (~10%). Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Lead in the identification of root causes and associated corrective actions, evaluate process/product performance (via internal audit), lead continuous improvement efforts, and participate/interface with the engineering community and customer on program activities to assure processes and products are compliant to contractual requirements
• Provide QA support for program peer reviews (software & courseware), regression testing, integration & test, and functional sell-off
• Assist Quality Program Manager with monthly inputs/metrics on the quality health of the program
• Lead in quality efforts as an engaged member of the program's change control process boards (ERC/CRB/CCB)
• Support security/information assurance activities
• Support/coordinate installation of supplier-provided training devices at domestic/international customer sites.

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
