Our team is responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, methods, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of manufactured and procured products. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.Your responsibilities will include:

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a STEM related discipline or related technical discipline Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems. An understanding of audit techniques. Ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques/ Green Belt Certification Knowledge of data analytics / statistics with ability to perform under minimal guidance Experience with control and disposition of nonconforming Material (Material Review Board) Understanding of Tableau, Pareto Analysis and Statistical Process Control Knowledge of AS9100D Quality System and pertinent Quality practices.Security Clearance Statement:
