Job Description

The Impact You'll Make You'll play a meaningful role in strengthening quality at the heart of our manufacturing operations in Tallahassee. By supporting day-to-day quality activities, you help ensure products meet high standards while enabling experienced engineers to focus on complex problem solving and improvements. This internship gives you hands-on exposure to real manufacturing challenges, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement. Your work directly supports safer processes, more reliable production, and better outcomes for our customers. It's a practical, growth-focused opportunity to build a strong foundation in quality and manufacturing while contributing to projects that matter. What You'll Be Doing Support quality improvement projects by helping apply digital tools and new technologies to improve processes and data visibility. Contribute to process standardization by supporting alignment of quality practices across global manufacturing sites. Assist with quality system documentation to ensure inspection plans and standards are clear, accurate, and up to date. Analyze production and machining data using basic statistical tools to support informed decision-making. Help coordinate containment activities by supporting communication and setup related to supplier quality issues. What We're Looking For You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering or another STEM-related field. You are able to work on-site in Tallahassee, FL (up to 40 hours/week in summer and 20 hours/week during spring/fall). You communicate clearly and stay organized, helping projects move forward effectively. You have basic familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, automation platforms, or AI-based tools.
