The DRAM Product Reliability Characterization Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the long‑term reliability of current and next‑generation DRAM technologies. This role focuses on designing and driving reliability characterization, developing predictive models, and advancing reliability methodologies that inform technology improvements and qualification decisions. Responsibilities
  • Perform and coordinate DRAM reliability characterization, including stress test design, simulation, data collection, and failure analysis.
  • Develop reliability models to predict product lifetime under both field‑use and accelerated stress conditions.
  • Deploy automation and AI‑driven solutions to enhance reliability prediction capabilities.
  • Analyze large‑scale reliability datasets to identify degradation trends, failure mechanisms, and early‑warning indicators. Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on engineering experience demonstrating technical depth and problem‑solving capability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple engineering fields.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly present complex technical findings to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with reliability or device modeling, including physics‑based, statistical, or machine learning approaches.
  • Laboratory or bench experience with semiconductor test equipment, reliability stress systems, or electrical characterization tools.
  • Understanding of CMOS process technology and common degradation mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with digital and analog CMOS circuit operation.
  • Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of DRAM architecture and operation.
