Job duties include:
Conduct root cause investigation and failure analysis in a time-sensitive environment. Drive best-in-class yield, low cost, and quality. Improve process capability and process margin by running DOE in collaboration with the process team. Monitor trends and sustain line stability. Improve device performance by addressing top detractors to improve yield and reliability. Run workshops on next-generation devices during tech transfer. Position requires 20% international travel. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Electronics, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in an Engineering-related occupation.
