This role is a senior technical leadership position with broad influence over server DRAM speed yield and quality. As the Senior DRAM Speed Yield Champion, you will own product health end to end, guide complex technical decisions, and align global teams to deliver faster speeds with predictable quality. The work is highly visible, deeply collaborative, and critical to customer success. ###
Responsibilities:
  • Own global product health for DRAM speed products, including yield, quality, and speed performance
  • Analyze silicon parametric, test, and manufacturing data to identify issues and drive root cause resolution
  • Lead yield and quality improvement strategies across NPI, qualification, ramp, and high‑volume manufacturing
  • Align and drive execution across fab, test, module, quality, and operations teams worldwide
  • Provide clear, data‑driven technical recommendations and mentor engineers across sites ###
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in DRAM, semiconductor manufacturing, or product engineering
  • Experience analyzing yield, quality, and test data to resolve product or process issues
  • Ability to lead technical problems across multiple teams and organizations ###
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with common DRAM failure modes and hands‑on failure analysis
  • Background working across fab, backend test, module, or system interfaces
  • Experience leading yield improvement or product qualification efforts
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in cross‑site or cross‑functional environments Job Profile(s): Product Development Engineer 3
