Enhance development processes, tooling, & machinery to maximize product quality & ensure manufacturing readiness. Recommend & implement new technologies, including automation, robotics, & computer-aided manufacturing software, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, & enhance quality. Plan & refine testing procedures to ensure reliability, efficiency, & cost-effectiveness. Monitor machine & process capabilities, addressing performance reliability & excessive maintenance needs. Process large quantities of information accurately & productively, utilizing cross-checking mechanisms & quality assurance tools to meet or exceed accuracy goals. Organize & prioritize steps to resolve issues, assess options, & predict their impact. Provide technical solutions, estimate project costs & timelines, & engage subject matter experts to address challenges. Coordinate test plans, including resources, strategies, schedules, processes, & tools. Collaborate with design teams to integrate testing considerations into system designs, develop test scenarios & scripts, and evaluate the business impact of failures.
