Validation Engineer

at Insight Global in Elgin, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Validation Engineer to support a chemical manufacturer for personal hygiene products in Elgin, IL. This engineer will support validation activities across equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes. This role will develop and maintain validation plans and protocols, conduct qualification/validation testing, manage calibration programs, and ensure alignment with cGMP and regulatory expectations. The position also participates in deviations, CAPAs, audits, and cross functional improvement initiatives. This is a 5+ month-contract opportunity paying between $45-55/hr W2 with the potential to convert full-time. This is a fully on-site position in Elgin, IL. Please apply if you're interested! • 5+ years of equipment and process validation experience
• Experience developing and executing validation protocols, reports, and SOPs
• Ability to conduct qualification/validation of equipment, systems, and processes
• Knowledge of calibration and metrology programs, including scheduling and documentation
