Job Description:
I'm currently partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Engineer to support plant operations and drive continuous quality improvements across the business. This is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and strengthen overall quality systems. What you'll be doing:
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer quality issues (8D)
  • Partner with operations to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
  • Support and maintain quality systems aligned to
ISO/IATF
standards
  • Conduct internal audits and layered process audits (LPAs)
  • Oversee non-conforming materials and disposition processes
  • Assist with PPAP documentation and customer submissions
  • Train and support teams on quality standards, SPC, and best practices
  • Maintain documentation including FMEA, control plans, and flow charts What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in a quality-focused role
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and measurement systems
  • Experience with
ISO/IATF
standards and SPC methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead problem-solving initiatives across teams

$90-105k
