Job Description

Condenced Job Requirments:
Multiple Permanent Needs CIP and SIP (Senior Lead PM) 7-12+ years focused on CIP/SIP cycle development, optimization, and validation in biotech/pharma. Expertise in automated CIP systems, spray ball design, coverage testing, riboflavin testing, and cycle parameters (time, temp, flow, chemistry). Strong SIP knowledge for vessels, piping, and equipment sterilization; experience with worst-case soil selection and cleaning validation. Integration with process equipment (tanks, lines, fillers) and utilities. Risk-based approach to validation (e.g., PDA Technical Reports), troubleshooting fouling/hold-up issues. Leadership and technical ownership mindset; able to develop robust, repeatable cycles for a new facility.
