Full Job Description Overview:
- A new facility is launching, and we're seeking experienced Cleaning and Sterilization Validation Consultants to lead and execute floor activities critical to its readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution Leadership:
Lead and perform autoclave execution on the floor, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Training & Mentorship:
Train and guide team members in autoclave operations and validation protocols.Cycle Development:
Design and optimize sterilization cycles for various equipment and materials.Sterilization Techniques:
Apply steam sterilization and fixed equipment techniques, with a strong focus on autoclaves.Validation Support:
Use Kaye's or Ellab equipment to support validation activities.Adaptability:
Respond to changing conditions, including alarms and extended hours, with a proactive mindset.Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with autoclave operations and validation.
- Skilled in thermocouple placement and cycle development.
- Strong understanding of steam sterilization and fixed equipment.
- Proven ability to lead validation activities and train others.
- Willingness to work weekends or second shift as needed.
- Self-starter with a proactive, volunteer-oriented approach to work.
Preferred:
- Experience in development work related to sterilization processes.
- Ability to step up and take initiative when additional responsibilities arise.
