0-7 Years Position Overview We are seeking motivated Quality Engineers to support manufacturing quality initiatives in a dynamic production environment. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates as well as professionals with up to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering. The Quality Engineer will focus on identifying defects on the shop floor, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Identify and document defects on the shop floor and investigate recurring issues. Analyze non-conformance data and communicate findings effectively. Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving techniques. Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns. Drive proactive quality improvement and defect prevention initiatives. Support best practices focused on variation reduction, waste elimination, and process improvement. Work closely with shop floor teams to maintain product and process quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 0-7 years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering. Basic understanding of quality tools and methodologies such as: Root Cause Analysis 5 Why Analysis Fishbone / Ishikawa Diagram Exposure to manufacturing processes and shop floor environment preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions. Good documentation and reporting skills.
