Job Description:
Technical Source is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Lebanon, IN supporting a major greenfield facility expansion project. We are seeking a junior-to-mid level CQV / Commissioning Engineer to support execution activities for facility and utility systems across multiple buildings onsite. This is a backfill opportunity supporting the ongoing execution phase of a large pharmaceutical manufacturing build. The team is looking for someone with a few years of commissioning or CQV execution experience who can step in quickly and support day-to-day field execution activities. What You'll Do Support commissioning and execution activities for facility and utility systems across the site. Perform field walkdowns and verification activities for mechanical and utility equipment. Execute commissioning documentation, checklists, and turnover packages. Support execution efforts for lab/admin buildings as well as additional facility areas onsite. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to resolve field issues and maintain project timelines. Review and work from P&IDs, equipment lists, and engineering drawings during execution activities. Assist with tracking discrepancies, punch list items, and system readiness activities. Support startup and turnover activities as systems move toward operational readiness. Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with site procedures and GMP expectations. Must-Have Qualifications 2-3+ years of commissioning, CQV, or execution experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, industrial manufacturing, or large facility environments. Experience supporting facilities and utility systems such as: Air Handlers (AHUs) General HVAC systems Plant utilities Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings. Comfortable performing field-based execution work in active construction and startup environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting large capital projects or greenfield facility builds. Pharmaceutical or GMP facility experience preferred. Experience supporting Eli Lilly projects is a plus. Additional utilities commissioning experience is highly desirable.
