Job Description

Quality engineering role focused on manufacturing quality control, core quality tools, capability analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements 4+ years of quality engineering experience Manufacturing background Experience using core quality tools GR&R experience Capability study experience Control Plan experience PFMEA experience Root cause investigation experience Failure analysis experience Experience applying quality tools to manufacturing processes Experience with quality control standards Experience supporting product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment, and assembly methods Preferred Skills Technical degree Equivalent experience in an OEM or OES manufacturing environment

certified manufacturing environment experience Automotive manufacturing experience Capacity analysis experience Experience supporting new product introduction Experience addressing customer quality issues Job Responsibilities Apply quality control tools to support continuous improvement Perform capacity analysis Conduct GR&R studies Perform capability studies Support root cause investigations Support failure analysis activities Develop and maintain Control Plans Support PFMEA activities Assist teams with product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment capabilities, and assembly methods Ensure quality control standards are met across manufacturing processes Interface with internal and external customers regarding new product introduction, existing product requirements, expectations, and quality issues
