Job Description

The Order Validation Specialist is responsible for providing effective support to Sales and Operational departments throughout the company.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation:
$19-$21/hr
Essential Duties:
Maintain effective and timely communication between Order Entry, Account Analysts, and Operations as well as clients confirming pickup and delivery of orders. Make outbound calls to validate order information and requirements to ensure successful execution of client's needs. Answer calls and respond to emails Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Other duties as assigned by a manager.
What We Are Looking For:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment. Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to relate to a diverse population Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail Completion of assigned tasks Personal responsibility to manage change Previous experience in administration or customer service with extensive public contact.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent 1 year working experience in a related position
