Job Description
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and FAA regulations Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards, and process controls Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and regulatory standards Conduct and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement Review and approve inspection plans, control plans, and quality documentation Support First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 requirements Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and record retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices
