Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Lead/ Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes. The Quality Engineer will work closely with various departments to implement quality control measures and improve overall product quality. Responsibilities Ensure that customer requirements are respected, among others and not exclusively: deployment of the CSR, management of corrective and preventive actions, access to client portals and scorecards. Assure the control plan execution and PFMEA updates. Implement the quality procedures in the industrialization and serial life phase to guarantee the achievement of the required level on all Treves products. Ensure compliance regulatory standards for manufactured and purchased products Carry out all their work in accordance with Treves Management system, that integrates the Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and reports the non respect of process rules to launch corrective actions by the process responsibles. Coordinate and/or responsible for Quality auditors. Responsible for performing measurement and testing if a specific function has not been defined in the plant. Assures that the measurements have been performed correctly by second or third parties. Assure the correct application of problem solving methodologies and audits. Requirements A degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a quality engineering role or similar position. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
