Reliability & Projects Engineer

This role is accountable to: Analyzing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends applying engineering principles to develop and implement countermeasures to prevent re-occurrence including develop/revise PM's with proper granularity and cadence. Hands-on troubleshooting of equipment issues providing technical direction to maintenance and contractors as required. Devise PM strategies and spare parts lists as requried. Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems on equipment in effort to maximize equipment uptime and throughput. Effectively contribute to achieving departmental goals and KPI's (Uptime, MTTR, PM compliance, etc.) Designing and implementing new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment. Manage a variety of capital and non-capital projects as the Project Manager or Project Lead Environmental Stewardship - Every employee of Hussey Copper bears an environmental responsibility.
