Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you'll play an integral role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and enhance our manufacturing and engineering operations. Responsibilities Lead efforts to analyze quality data and trends, driving initiatives for continuous improvement. Resolve product and process defects using robust Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies. Engage with operators to reinforce quality standards and facilitate Non-Conformance Report reviews. Conduct audits and manage work packages to support project scope planning and estimate development. Ensure design integrity through Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) application. Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field, or 10+ years of relevant work experience. Minimum of 5 years in a quality engineering role within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments. Strong technical skills in conducting Measurement System Analysis and managing Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. Preferred Skills Experience with tiered management systems and structured escalation processes. Proficiency in driving initiatives focused on return on investment and continuous quality improvements.
