Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and detail?oriented Process Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about improving production performance. Responsibilities Analyze and optimize automotive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and scrap Support new model launches, tooling changes, and process validations Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, and standard operating procedures Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and support daily operations Monitor key metrics such as cycle time, yield, and defect rates, using data to drive continuous improvement Assist with equipment layout, workflow optimization, and ergonomic improvements Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations Qualifications Experience in automotive manufacturing or a related high?volume production environment Strong analytical and problem?solving skills, including root cause analysis and process troubleshooting Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Ability to read technical drawings, process flows, and engineering documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Engineering degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered EOE
