Direct Hire Location Winchester, KY Salary:
$55,000.00•$65,000.00 per yearShift:

These are the qualifications that matter.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering + 5 years in quality, OR Master's degree in Quality Engineering + 2 years in quality, OR 10 years of exempt-level quality experience Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, metallurgical processes, and gauge development/control Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT), CMM, gauge calibration, and SPC data collection Ability to read and interpret blueprints ASQ Certified Quality Technician status preferred Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) Strong verbal and written communication skills Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for quality-related issues with customers and suppliers Analysis of rejected products at internal and customer facilities Lead countermeasure meetings and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Maintain quality reporting systems and prepare management reports Follow PPAP, MSA, APQP, and ASQ standards as applicable Create and maintain inspection standards for receiving, in-process, and shipping inspections Train quality technicians and inspectors as requested Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and efficiency Communicate effectively across departments and with customers regarding quality concerns Why This Job?
