Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Lean Six Sigma Certification, or ISO Lead Auditor Certification. Previous experience working within a quality management system. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to engage in conversation with a variety of employees, contractors, guests, visitors, etc. in a positive and professional manner. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and reporting. Ability to make independent decisions with the skills to work collaboratively with others. Design and maintain QMS processes and documentation Ensure compliance EQMS requirements Maintain in-process verification, inspection plans, and preventive controls Facilitate audits and demonstrate compliance Support NPD within Pro-Launch Works directly with Assistant Supervisors, Supervisors, Managers, and employees to develop strong and collaborative working relationships.
