job summary: Seeking a Validation Engineer for a high growth Medical Device development and engineering client in the Lancaster, MA area. The Validation Engineer would be responsible for driving quality requirements throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, collaborating across engineering, tooling, and operations from design transfer to launch. Author, execute, and document comprehensive validations, including IQ/OQ/PQ, process, equipment, and test method validations.

Utilize Minitab and SPC tools to analyze process capability, evaluate product data trends, and communicate performance metrics.

Review engineering changes, drawings, specifications, and quality system documentation to assess and mitigate quality impacts.

Establish inspection methods, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria aligned with customer specifications and industry standards. #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
