Haves Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field Hands?on experience installing and commissioning manufacturing equipment Direct experience executing equipment qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) Ability to author, review, and execute URS and qualification protocols Experience working in a highly regulated environment (medical device strongly preferred) Comfort working onsite and hands?on with equipment Plusses Experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing technologies Experience supporting new production line startups or facility ramp?ups Strong cross?functional collaboration experience (Quality, Ops, Commissioning) Day?to?

Day Support onsite installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment Author, review, and execute validation protocols and supporting documentation Lead qualification activities from installation through IQ, OQ, and PQ Perform hands?on troubleshooting, testing, and equipment qualification Partner closely with Quality and Commissioning teams to ensure compliance Create controlled documentation (SOPs, work instructions, specifications) Support startup and readiness of a new production line Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing / Validation Engineer to support a top medical device client in Raynham, MA.
