Career Opportunity | Quality Engineer | Growing Family-Owned Manufacturer The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Quality Engineer to help strengthen and evolve quality processes within a collaborative production environment. This is with a people first organization that has been recognized as a premier employer. This is a highly visible role supporting a company that is actively investing in global growth, new product development, and operational improvements. The individual stepping into this opportunity will work closely with operations, suppliers, and leadership teams to help improve quality systems, support inspections and corrective actions, and bring more structure and consistency to quality processes across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships across the floor, and helping organizations improve quality processes in practical, team-oriented ways.

Desired Background:
