Full-Time, On-Site Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our aircraft meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will lead quality assurance initiatives, conduct inspections, and collaborate across departments. This role offers an opportunity to drive operational excellence within a dynamic manufacturing environment of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) for commercial and government customers. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems aligned ISO 9001 and other relevant standards to ensure compliance across manufacturing operations. Collaborate with production and engineering teams. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for non-conformances, ensuring swift resolution and prevention of recurrence. Conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections throughout the production cycle to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality control protocols. Manage customer claims. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status; present insights to management for strategic decision-making. Requirements This position requires proof of U.S. Citizenship to be eligible for employment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 2+years of quality engineering experience, preferably within a medium-sized production volume environment and/or related industry. Strong knowledge
ISO 9001
standards. Demonstrated ability to conduct quality audits, inspections, and analysis with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with robust analysis capabilities to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Experience in project management with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Familiarity with quality management software systems and tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and root cause analysis. Exceptional communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with diverse teams on process improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
