Direct Hire Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred OR willingness to obtain CQE certification within 2 years Strong electrical engineering background Hands-on SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Support and improve manufacturing quality processes and systems Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SMT operations Participate in audits, inspections, and quality documentation activities The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical engineering and Surface Mount Technology (SMT), preferably within a plant/manufacturing setting.
