Quality Engineer (Automotive)

(Work in Southfield, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.)---Ensure automotive parts meet strict quality, system compliance and performance standards throughout the production process; monitor daily quality metrics by developing inspection processes; analyze defects, perform root cause analysis on defects; implement corrective actions; collaborate with manufacturing teams to prevent issues and drive continuous improvement; and use PFMEA. Requires Master's or its foreign educational equivalent plus 12 months experience in the job offered or 12 months experience in an alternate occupation. The required experience must include 12 months using PFMEA. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S. required.
