Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Quality Engineer We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support our manufacturing operations and serve as a key liaison between production and our customers. This role is responsible for managing customer quality requirements, driving corrective action processes, and maintaining documentation standards in a regulated manufacturing environment. Essential duties & responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and returns Manage customer change requests and coordinate responses across departments Develop and maintain control plans and process documentation Create, update, and revise PFMEAs Troubleshoot and analyze internal process failures and nonconformances Support product testing and validation activities Author and process corrective action reports (CARs) and quality miscue documentation Document and analyze in-process failures, rejections, and MRB dispositions Collect, analyze, and report on production and test system data Conduct random in-process inspections Develop forms, templates, work instructions, and test procedures Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Skills & knowledge Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and blueprint reading Working knowledge of SPC and statistical quality methods Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently High attention to detail and personal integrity Work environment Primarily office-based with occasional time on the production floor Occasional travel to customer or supplier sites 1457534_1781011748 To Apply for this Job Click Here
