Job Description

Quality Engineer Precise Products Corporation, an Employee Owned Precision Machining company has a First shift job opportunity for an Quality Engineer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies on quality-related matters. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances and quality issues. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and customer requirements. Perform regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor quality metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in the development and execution of supplier quality management processes, including supplier audits and evaluations. Conduct internal training programs to enhance employee understanding of quality principles, practices, and tools. Support FAIR creation This position requires exceptional attention to detail in a fast paced setting. PC skills, Decision Making and the ability to work in a Team Environment is a must.
Candidates shall have:
Blue print reading and GD&T knowledge Basic Computer Skills Ability to effectively perform job functions under limited supervision Detail oriented, with proven organizational and logical thinking skills Able to handle multiple priorities with a calm, positive attitude Dependable with a strong work ethic
