- 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday opportunity.
Referral Program Summary:
Plans & directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products. Develops, initiates standards & methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation. Plans and oversees the analysis, inspection, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component. Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including supplier quality and company quality records. Reviews all data obtained during all quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.ef"H Prepares and presents technical and program information to the management team. Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards. Plays active role on quality management teams within organization. Designs and implements quality training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers. QMS knowledge ofISO 9001
2015 and AS9100D Working knowledge of PPAP Submission, FAI (First Article Inspection) AS9102B, Control Plans and PFMEA. Experience with Fusion Welding Standards, AWSD1.1, AWS
D17.1 andEN 15085-2, EN ISO 14731, CWI
(Certified Weld Inspector) a plus.ISO 9001
2015 Specific Quality Engineering focus will need to be implemented to provide the present and proactive focus on Aerospace and Department of Defense Quality focus on Customer Specific Requirements and QMS Specific Requirements in support of this business. This Quality Engineering role will be a cross functional role across HMH businesses. Assist with Human FactorsCAPA / 5

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5- 10 years Quality Engineering experience in Aerospace / Department of Defense Manufacturing environment. Customer Service

Individuals working in an office setting will not endure some of the physical & work environments conditions of the production floor unless office is adjacent to the production floor or per the individuals job duties and/ or responsibilities. All office personnel must abide by the PPE guidelines (safety glasses, safety-toed boots that are provided per the company policy guidelines) when entering the production floor or if a requirement of a department that individual is entering or working in. 1st Shift- 6 am to 4:30 pm
