Job Description

Quality Control Engineer (NPI) Sauk Rapids, MN Manufacturing / Aerospace / Semiconductor About the Role Ichor Systems is seeking a Quality Control Engineer (NPI) to drive quality from concept through production. This role partners closely with engineering, manufacturing teams, and customers to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance . You'll play a key role in risk mitigation, process validation, and continuous improvement , helping build scalable quality systems that support Ichor's continued growth. What You'll Do Develop and implement PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Inspection Plans Support qualification activities (PPAP, FAI, FAIR - AS9102) Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys, CAPA) Conduct failure analysis on returned products and generate reports Apply statistical process control (SPC) to improve processes Collaborate with customers, Quality, and NPI Engineering teams Support and enhance
ISO & AS9100
quality systems Prepare and present quality performance reports Work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Bring Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or similar role Strong experience with: PFMEA, SPC, and inspection planning Root cause analysis (8D, CAPA, 5 Whys)
ISO & AS9100
standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred:

$86,300.00 - $110,000.00 per year
