Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the integration of quality management systems into all aspects of proposals and program processes. We focus on ensuring compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements, making this role crucial for maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead integration of contractual and quality management system requirements into program processes. Develop quality metrics and certification plans to ensure compliance with requirements. Analyze non-conformance trends and implement corrective actions to improve processes. Maintain traceable records and quality plans to meet audit and regulatory needs.

Required:

Minimum 5+ years in aerospace, fabrication, or production/manufacturing environments. 5+ years of experience in quantitative/statistical analysis and data interpretation. Proficiency in handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and compliance requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.
