What You Will Do:
The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Sr. Test & Validation Engineer to support the Raytheon Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). As a Sr. Test & Validation Engineer, you'll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements. If you're self-motivated and thrive working with multi-disciplined teams who are committed to innovation and pushing the boundaries of technology, then this might be the perfect job! Your responsibilities may also include: Developing and maintaining Test Procedures Root cause analysis and resolution of test failures (hardware and test environment) Maintaining related STE (Special Test Equipment) and specifying replacement equipment when required (obsolescence) Training technicians to use Test Procedures and providing written directions for troubleshooting instruction Transforming complex information and data into clear, concise and visually engaging slides Training entry level Test Engineers on test process Some travel may be required (
