This role is key to ensuring consistent, scalable, and data-driven processes that support high-volume operations and customer requirements. The ideal candidate brings a structured, analytical mindset and enjoys partnering across teams to improve quality, efficiency, and operational consistency. What You'll Do Support and maintain QMS compliance (ISO 9001 / TL 9000), including document control, risk-based thinking, defect tracking, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and controlled process documentation. Monitor and analyze quality and operational performance metrics; identify trends and initiate improvement actions. Lead root-cause analysis using structured methodologies and drive sustainable corrective solutions Support internal, customer, and certification audits, including preparation, participation, and corrective action follow-up. Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and scalability gaps; apply tools such as PFMEA and preventive controls. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles (standard work, process mapping, 5S, etc.) Partner with operations, engineering, quality, IT, and leadership to implement system, automation, and process improvements. Prepare clear, data-driven reports and recommendations for leadership review What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field 3+ years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or operational excellence Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Experience with RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies Preferred Experience with TL 9000 or telecommunications environments Familiarity with process performance metrics and KPI reporting Audit participation or audit-support experience Experience with ERP, WMS, or quality management systems Lean or Six Sigma training or certification Bi-lingual Spanish nice to have
