RCA JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead lifecycle management activities for a large capital investment project, ensuring asset reliability and maintainability.
• Develop and generate SAP load lists using project design data, including: Equipment and functional location structures, CreBills of Materials (BOMs), Preventive maintenance plans, Calibration and inspection data (as applicable).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset and maintenance data within SAP.
• Support commissioning and handover activities to ensure reliability is embedded into new assets.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate reliability best practices into design and execution phases.
• Support and align with existing site reliability programs and processes.
• Provide analytical insights to improve asset performance and maintenance strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Working knowledge of reliability methodologies and tools (RCM, FMEA, RCA, etc.).
• Experience working in regulated environments (pharmaceutical or similar preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) - preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting capital projects, commissioning, and asset handover processes.
